Nike Training club

As part of RNIS's healthy living month
As part of Bupa's best blog competition for 2015

RNIS went to the weekly free training sessions run by Nike to improve their health. It was a fun class.

The class is free but you need to book this on the Nike training club site. Class starts at 6pm and finishes at 6:45pm.

The club is located opposite top juice and next to the the lifts and bathroom.

In class we were uncoordinated. We had never been to a class before and this is our first time. But the instructor put us at ease and told us gently where we went wrong.

But then the second time it got easier. This time we were outside and came on time so we were able to grab the freebies. We were more used to the way how things are run now. We were used to the instructor shouting.

In class we did lots of jumps, squats, lunges and running on the spot. At the first class we were easily puffed and chuffed but in the second class we were more energetic to keep going. In the second class more people turned up. In the first class I was worried about kicking people but in the second class I was fine.

Do go to the Nike training sessions and those that are not confident can also get some help and support from the Nike staff that are there to guide you. It is for everyone.

There is also a free Nike app for you to download from Google play
