Machines are everywhere in the CBD and are blue.
Here you can select Buy MYKI or Top up MYKI. A new MYKI is $6 but it has no money on it. You need to put money on this for travel. A two hour full far zone 1 is $3.50.
You can use credit cards/EFTPOS or cash to pay for it. Simply just follow the prompts to pay.
At the end you'll be asked if you want a receipt. If yes the receipt will come at the bottom. If you bought a new card this will come in the same place, but it always takes ages to come.
The processing takes ages.
If you are not sure how to use the machine remember you can always buy a MYKI at 7-11 or in shops displaying the blue MYKI sign.
