RUSU are thinking about using these halal sausages in some of their upcoming Chill and Grill. They are Mexican sausages that we sampled.
They brown very easily on the BBQ. I watched someone from RUSU bbq the meat outside on this gorgeous sunny day. And they smell good.
The taste.
It was not very spicy but I can taste the subtle hints. It wasn't very fatty at all and it turned out well.
