Cheaper Buy Miles is a place in Footscray in the Nicholson st Mall and its a stone's throw away from the station.
They have stuff delivered daily.
I have been there on a few occasions and everything is under $10. There are these huge tubs of yoghurt for $5, 3 packets of tea for $2. There are specials on the board outside which changes daily. One day I saw that ham was $2 a packet.
They also have little sugar packets for $0.20.

One time I bought three packets of tea for $2. The service was just ok, but go there before closing time and they might just get a bit annoyed. Everyone wants to go home at the end of the day. But come just after opening time (which is at 9am) and you'll get the best service.
I also bought chips for $1 and even they were past by the best before date, they still tasted great. I also bought chocolate for $2.
They close at 5pm by the way.
