This store is a lolly shop which makes their own boiled sweets. Here there a few Suga stores in Melbourne where you can buy some sweets to take home. One of them is in the famous block Arcade in Melbourne
here they have all kinds of boiled lollies from lolly pops ($2.50 each I think it is, but if you buy three it is $6) to jars of just boiled lollies ($6.90 each). But if you buy three jars it is $18 altogether.
Here you can also sample some lollies and watch them make the sweets. The staff also explain how the sweets is made.
They also do have an Entertainment book offer of buy one bag/jar of sweets and get one free.
