Carte Noire by Claudia

This is a coffee brand which was tested by Gastrology bloggers and now by me.

Carte Noire is a french blend of coffee. The beans are roasted in Asia and Latin America and they have a theme of Fire and water, hence the earthy taste. It is a premium blend Instant coffee. It was founded in 1979 in France and this year it is in Australia.

Sleepiness: it was about 4/5. I slept about six hours that night. Sleepiness is measured from 0-5 where 0 is no hours and five eight or more hours.

We decided to put the sleepiness in due to the fact that some people can't sleep on strong coffee blends.

It smelt chocolatey but it didn't taste it. It was rich in the nutty flavour though. It was smooth and you couldn't get the flavour until the last sip.

You can buy it in Supermarkets now.
