This year is set to have 300 films in 17 days all over the city. Most of them are either at Palace, ACMI or Hoyts in the city which has easy access to public transport. Some of the movies are for free and others incur a fee.  All your favourites are back, including International Panorama, Accent on Asia, Backbeat and Documentaries.

You have to book tickets online for the event. There are also food and drink specials as well for many people that love to eat out in the city.

You can buy an e-mini pass for $135 which entitles you to 10-13 movie sessions throughout the festival. This can only be bought here. Or otherwise a single movie costs $15 for a student.

You can also sign up for membership. To be a member is $88 (for a student it is $72) but this entitles you to a passport which can be used any time during the festival. Although it costs $350 the passport allows you see as many movies as you want.
With your membership you can go to the members party at the beginning of the festival

What are you waiting for? Do buy the tickets and membership now before they are all sold out.
