Where to get dinner for cheap

Here's the list of places for under $15
1) Meshiya has some $7.5 dinner specials
2) Your house- dinner for free if everyone brings something.
3) Duke of kent- $15 meals with a drink and they are really large
4) Oxford Scholar hotel has $12 meal specials every night. They are big and filling and usually comes with a drink.
5) Camy's Shangahi dumplings sells buns, spring onion pancakes, dumplings for under $6. And their noodle dishes are $6-$8 and are huge for that price. But the buns are small. They used to be really big back in 2006 but management must have changed hands somewhere along that line. The spring onion pancake was small. Back in 2006 I got a bigger and less oilier version of this.
Now if you don't mind the inattentiveness of the staff and the dirtiness of the place for the cheap dumplings and meals then here's where to go.
6) Lentil as Anything- you can pay whatever you have
 and still get a pretting decent meal
7) Bimbo's- they have $4 pizza and they are opened until late.
