Bendigo Tulip Festival- a photo essay

We went to Bendigo on the train from Melbourne and it was about a two hour trip. Moreover it did cost us $30-$40 for the MYKI. But we got to see lots of beautiful scenery on the way there and lots of beautiful tulips.

We did have to wait for one hour as there was no train.

The festival is free for all and a lot of International students came up on this beautiful gorgeous sunny day. It was cold up there and it was good fun going around and walking around the beautiful Bendigo creek.

All the flowers were so beautiful that it reminded me of the tessulaar tulip festival except the festival is a lot bigger in Silvan.

All in all it was a gorgeous day and pity it wasn't recommended on Weekend notes sooner. The festival ends in the middle of October and its in the Pall Mall area which is a short 5-10 minute walk from the station.
