Mad Mex Southern Cross

They are at Southern cross station just before you get to the barriers on the Collins st side.

They are a takeaway place hence there is not much seating.
The service is fast and friendly and there is a production line hence you will get your food quickly. They also do liquor and Mexican Jarritos (soft drink).

I had a burrito- $9.90. Here you watch them make it and you tell them what sort of veggies and things that you want. Guacamole is $2 extra.

My burrito was a little bit messy but other than that it was all good. It was a little on the small side.
There was a huge queue of people all waiting for food.

A burrito is a Mexican style wrap which is filled with rice, your choice of meats, veg and sauces. It looks like a parcel. You can opt for cheese or no cheese

Whilst my burrito filled me up it was a little bit bland. And for those of you that are lactose intolerant you can opt for no sour cream or cheeses.

Oh and every now and then they do some sort of sampling just to get customers in the door. A couple of times I have sampled cold quesadilla.
