Great places to study for exams

As it is the lead up to exams we have some great ideas for study places.

1) The State Library (or any other public library for that matter). The State Library is open most days from 10am-6pm. You can just walk in and find a quiet place in the library. You can bury your head in the books for hours. They also have WI-FI too and you can get your Caffeine fix at Mr Tulk's.

2) Cafes- they usually have WI-FI. And no we don't mean Melbourne Central's food court as we have just found out that they have mice in there running around your feet.

Instead try out other places such as Bowery to Williamsburg, The Hardware Societe

3) Your friend's place

It is a great place to study. That is if only you and your friend are committed to studying not gossiping.

But the only downside is that your study session can turn into more of a gossip session.

4) At University

By then everyone will want the space. Especially in the library when it comes to exam time. Most places open from 8am in the morning until 9pm/12 midnight during the exam period. You might need to book a room if you are having a big study session.

If you find a hidden spot then great.
RMIT's library is in this building

5) Outside

It can be at the beach on a nice sunny day or at Flagstaff gardens. Or it can be in a park somewhere near your house.  Just take your laptop, notes, pens, food and drink, phone, money and you are good to go. Oh and don't forget to tell someone where you are going and when you'll be back.

6) At Urban garden over teh tarik
Here at Urban Garden it is homely. You can see many students studying outside the Meld office. It is very comforting away from the bustle of the city.
