Momo Station by Katherine

Momo Station has been around for a few years. They are in the Tivoli Arcade and when the RMIT Business was around a lot of students used to flock to this place. Not anymore.

Gone are the days where a lot of students used to hang around the Arcade. Now the Arcade is pretty quiet even for lunchtime. So quiet that many of the shops like Yuki had shut down.

RMIT what are you doing to the poor businesses?

So to try and keep their customers Momo station had advertised a $5 deal on Groupon and I was hooked. Only problem is that they only take printed vouchers. No electronic smart phone vouchers, why? When everyone else is trying to save the trees?

But the waitress was friendly though.

The place like others was dead quiet on a Thursday lunchtime.

I had the vegetarian dumplings which was so small. I was still hungry so I ordered the vegetarian fried noodles ($8.50).

The two guys at a nearby table ordered three sets in between them.

But the momos were yummy. But just a tad small. And I was addicted to the tomato chutney which was homemade.

For $8.50 the fried noodles was a little bit small. But they were addictive though. I couldn't stop myself.

RMIT pls pls pls pls move back to the old building so that things can be the way that it was before.

It is a little bit out of the way for the visit but I don't mind coming once in a while. Just remember with Groupon for this place you need to print the voucher.
