Time and date: 12/3/2013 at 11am-3pm
The Big Meet was a chance for students to meet employers for free. It was held at the Crown Palladium. It is big and spacious, unlike the Royal Exhibition Building.
Here I got lots of things out of it. Although there was no sessions, I still got heaps of information from it. There were 94 employers there.
Students from all different sorts of unis came to visit. By 12pm it was very crowded
There was a careers lounge there and free coffee and no popping balloons. But the downside of that was that there was a huge queue and the Palladium was a long walk from the tram stop.
But it was a great chance to meet up with employers and we got to know about the Graduate programs.
If it is on next year I suggest that you go and hopefully RMIT will move their careers fair to the Palladium as it is much bigger and more spacious.
