The Edible Garden was so much fun. Even though it was a rainy day, lots of people came and looked at all the plants. Here I learnt how to make sorbet (third from the top). Sorbet is a classic Summer refreshing dish. You can make this at home for next to nothing. All you need is a ice cream maker and some fresh ingredients. You can put anything you want in your sorbet such as chillies, limes and black pepper. I also got to see the lovely plants.
