The new International student care centre opens

The new student care service is in 599 Lt Bourke st Melbourne. It is in a little red brick building and outside there is lots of noise from a building being renovated. The place is opposite Southern Cross station.

The International student care team still visits the couch from time to time.

There is free WI-FI at the new place as well as the chance to have study groups. The place itself is warm, open and inviting. Students can access lots of information about their rights and the law as well as tourist guides.

RNIS had a chance to check out the place. And check out the place they did.

The staff were very friendly and were always happy to assist me with any questions that I had. They made me feel right at home with free coffee and tea. And Chocolate biscuits.

A few times they have had students who are crying or panicking and have helped them out. A lot of cases the students have won. All the information is confidential and its a free service.

Students do check out this free Hub. The place is open from 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. They also have a website.
