Mio Dolce

This place is supposed to be a good patisserie and gelati place. Looking at these picture somewhat makes you drool, but the food wasn't as good (except for maybe the ice cream and coffee).
I went on a Saturday Morning and whilst the rest of Puckle st was bustling, this place was not.
Although The waitress knew some of her customers, she seemed a bit unfriendly and disorganised.
There was a morning special of coffee and danish for $5.50 and I got that. I had the short black (which was bitter by the way) and an apricot danish, which was soft in some areas and hard in others. What could have been done to make this a bit better was to microwave it for about 10 seconds.
The oreo ice cream ($3.90) had a good texture to it.
I would only come back to try their cakes which look devine!
