breakfast items

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. You can make your own, but if do not have time you could try these.
1) Jalna's yoghurt-  this is a great filler for breakfast. They have good bacteria and are great for your digestive system. Have it with museli, toast or your favourite breakfast cereal. They come in small to huge sizes and are sold at the supermarkets. They are priced between $3-$7.
2) Carmen's museli- this museli is from Victoria. They cost between $4-$7 and are a great filler. They taste great too.
3) You'll love Coles Museli- this is a great filler and it lasts for about one month. Quite filling too and they come in all sorts of flavours. Costs between $3.50-$4 and is only available at Coles.
4) Kelloggs Just right- it can be a little heavy at times, but its ok as a sometimes food. Prices are from $4-$6 per box.
5) Be Natural clusters- its very similar to museli and is good for you. It has some of the nutrients you need to start the day such as folate.
6) You'll love Coles Bakery Crossaints- these are much nicer and more flavoursome than the one's at Bakers Delight.
7) Tip top bread- its made with all sorts of artificial stuff that is not good for you. Rating: 1.5/5
8) Abbotts bakery bread- about $2.50/$3.00 per loaf. Good and it fills you right up. Rating: 3.8/5
9) Leavison's bread- about $3.00 per loaf. Big slices that will fill you up. The price is good for the poor student. Rating: 4/5
