I got my Good Cafe Guide from Parliament station for $5. This, although small, has a lot of good reviews. They cafes from all over Melbourne. Some of them are cheap cafes such as Nabiha, whilst others are a bit on the pricey side, but still good, like Earl Canteen (note I haven't been there, but would like to try it). They even have a page on coffee terms and cool new coffees for you to try whilst in Melbourne. It is every coffee/cafe lover's bible.
