calorie count

Well we all know that we need to eat about 1000-2000 calories each day, but some people go a bit overboard. When I was working at 7-11 I went a bit overboard and ate about 2500 calories per day and did no exercise. I didn't know how to cook; hence I put on about 15 kgs.

There is a website that tells you how many calories are in each food (http://www.calorieking.com.au/foods/).  Next time when you go to the supermarket to buy packets of food, have a look at the nutritional information labels and they'll tell you how many kilo-joules are in each serving. Divide that by 4 or 5 and then you'll know the calories. McDonalds, Sushi Sushi, KFC, Krispy Kreme, Michels Patisserie, Brumbys, Red Rooster, Nandos and Subway also have their nutritional information on each item on their website, so it is worth a look before you go out.
