Sunshine is good for you

As part of our Health and Human development series

Sunshine can make you happy.
Whilst it is spring and summer why not make the most of being in the sun.? You'll get heaps of Vitamin D and E something which you might not get in winter.
You could always exercise out in the sun for free. In winter there isn't a lot of sun and you might have to go to a gym to do exercise, so why not make the most of it?
Go to the beach for the day.

But too much time in the sun can result in a sunburn. But half an hour to an hour is fine. Make sure you wear sunscreen
