You can do anything with pasta such as a pasta salad. There are all sorts of pasta from spaghetti to gnocchi.
Risotto is a type of Italian rice which can also be found in the pasta section of the menu. It is really grainy and fat looking.

Ravioli. This pasta is made out of wheat and the inside of it is filled with either meat or vegetables. You can find really good ones in Italian shops and delis.
Gnocchi is a potato made pasta kneaded into little balls. They can be spinach flavoured or normal flavoured.
Linguine is also another type of pasta also known for its long spaghetti.
Fettuccine is a long, flat pasta. It comes in three different flavors: spinach, pumpkin and original (white)
