Cupp

As part of Bupa's best blog competition for 2015
RNIS was invited to Cupp and the bloggers also tried Cupp's range at Fitness first whilst exercising.

Cupp is a health food and organic cafe. The owner Victoria said that she wanted to open one in the city as there were no health food cafes on the Collins st side of the city. Victoria hopes that there will be more stores opened in the city. For now she wants to get the word out.

The food here is good. They cater for vegetarians and vegans alike. They also have gluten free food for those workers that can't have this. The salad change depending on what they have and today I had a salmon salad with quinoa. It was nice and there wasn't too much quinoa in this. I loved the kale and the feta as it added that nice crunch.

What is equally just as good is the drinks which you can choose a smoothie or a tea. They have these blend your own smoothie where you choose the ingredients (in a cup btw) and then you take it to the counter and they'll blend it for you with almond milk or water.

I also lover their raw desserts and energy balls which they showcased at Fitness first. It is not too sweet and very freshly made by their chef.

I took home their sweet popcorn and their museli all of which are fingerlickly good. At their shop they have samples of their food for people to try before they buy. I really enjoyed the popcorn. Thank you Cupp for the invite.
