Dry July is a month of going alcohol free and all your money you raised goes towards helping cancer patients at the various Melbourne hospitals. This is meant to change your drinking habits. The challenge just started this year and its Australia wide. There are many tools and forums to assist those participating.

Users can buy a Golden ticket for $25 or more to be nominated to their charity but they are rare and only for emergencies. It is only for a special occassion which includes alcohol. The organisers want people to stay true to their pledge of no drinking.

Got your licence? You could be the designated driver and your guests pay you a certain fee to be put towards Dry July.

You can sign up online and signing up is easy. Just head to this site. After that you need to share your cause with people. This can be done on Facebook and Twitter.

There are recipes online in which people can search for these.

Do do the Dry July campaign and you will be rewarded in health and savings
