Fun and free (or cheap) stuff that you can do in Melbourne

Students do you need a break from study. Well here are some fun and free/cheap stuff to do in Melbourne

1) Watch the fireworks in Docklands. They are usually on for New Years Eve and Australia day.
2) Visit Melbourne Museum- its free for students to visit and there is always something new and exciting every time you visit.
3) Visit Melbourne's laneways- its always fun to look at all the artworks for free and you can even take a picture of it.

4) Tour Melbourne on the free city circle trams. Here you can listen to all the audio about Melbourne's history and where the famous landmarks are. The tram covers most of Melbourne's landmarks. Best of all it is free.
5) Visit the National Gallery of Victoria- there's always free exhibitons going on and its always ever changing.
6) Visit Abbotsford Convent. Its free and Lentil as Anything doesn't cost much except for a gold coin donation.
7) Visit the Botannical gardens- its free and its so close to the city
8) Visit the Prahran market. Its open on Tuesdays, Thursdays- Sun and there are so many activities to do for free.
9) Visit St kilda in the summer- but go during the daytime and visit the beaches. Even better, go on a Sunday and visit the St Kilda Markets. More sights to see and more fun to be had.
10) Visit Victoria Market- it is free to visit and sometimes there is events going on over there.

Anyways whatever you do in Melbourne, have fun exploring it
