Naked Espresso Bar.

This little gem is hidden away in Lt Bourke st, where Hardware lane is. They are a speciality coffee place where Market lane and AXIL coffee beans are used. It was a buzz with people this morning, whilst outside was cold and dreary. All their meals are American which is nice. They do have sandwiches and bagels on offer.

They sell bags of coffee beans and expresso machine accessories. They also sell the syphon, aeropress, pour over devices.  When I went in they were having a clearance sale.
Here the staff was very friendly and they let me take photos of the Aeropress method when they were making my coffee ($5.00).It was a little grainy, but my guess is that it is how Aeropress coffee should be as they do use some sort of device that looks like a syringe. A lot of work was taken into preparing this and it shows. The atmosphere was very homely.
Their meals are cheap and filling. All the meals here are under $10. I had a very filling baked eggs with tabasco (US Pepper sauce). It was yummy, but it had a bit too much cheese and not a lot of bread.
I also had a lovely passionfruit macaroon ($2.80). These are from Lux Bite. It looked really cute and this is what had drawn me to order this macaroon.
