I was invited to the awards by the Voices 2013 team hence this is a sponsored post.
The event was sponsored by Ford, the Good Guys, Vogue, Just B and Kidspot.
About 100 bloggers came along for some free food, champagne and a chance to celebrate this years achievements. We also got an excellent goodie bag and some people went to the Merrywell to celebrate afterwards.
The place was at Two Ton Max in North Melbourne. I came by train. Two Ton Max is a warehouse that can be rented for events and the girls that organised this did a great job.
Ford also let people test their new SMART cars. For every person that had a test drive they donated $10 to the Breast Cancer Foundation. They do everything for you even stop for you if there is an obstacle in front and you didn't see that. Don't like to parallel park? Then they do that for you too. Need music? They have a voice recognition that lets you request music.
Ford released their new car on that day.
The food was amazing! I really enjoyed the beef burgers and the spring rolls. Didn't really love the sushi so much.
