This salad is really easy to make and its good for summer's day with a pie or a steak. It is 50 calories per person and this recipes makes 1 serve. Green beans is easy to get at the supermarket and green beans are in season.
You can find olives in the deli section of the supermarket.
Ingredients
Green beans (1 cup cooked and blanched)
5 olives (primarily green, but black ones are also fine)
1 tomato
Spanish onion rings
Cut the tomato into wedges
Toss everything together in a small bowl
Enjoy with a pie, quiche or a sandwich.
