The app is free to download and it takes about 5 mins to enter your meals and exercise for the day in. You can search your meals on there and enter it. Easy.
Its also a good way to know how many calories you had and learn about good eating habits. For instance on a certain day I overate by 500 cal. I didn't know that until I had entered in my calories. The biggest one that day would have to be the Korean twister that I had at the night market. That and the lasagna.
One particular disadvantage would have to be the dishes. Sometimes it is hard to find a particular dish with a particular brand name such as the Korean Twister.
There is a personal preference profile which you do need to fill out. Then at least then you'll know about your daily intake calories.
