Red Pepper is an Indian place which has been blogged about several times. It is very close to the International couch and is a favorite for many students and some of my friends.
But it can be a bit too spicy at times.
They specialize in curries. They have vegetarian and meat curries all under $20. I had a vegetarian curry with cheese balls and two naans for $13.9. These were the best naans as they were soft, garlicky and fluffy.
The lady there was lovely. They have an EFTPOS minimum of $25. The place is clean and it was quiet at 6PM on a Thursday.
I had to wait about ten minutes. At least the curry and the naan was cooked well.
The bathrooms are out the back.
The vegetarian curry didn't have enough cheese balls in there but it was cheesy. Its great for those that don't like a lot of cheese.
Verdict: Recommend students to visit at least once. This is one great curry place where the meals are huge.
