The Show has been going on for many years now and it used to be my all time favourite thing to do during the September Holidays. Here I used to do the Super Show trail (now its $12) where I used to go around finding all the things. That was a great way to explore the show. In that I used to get quite a few food treats such as yoghurt and ice cream and other fun novelty items such as colouring books.
There are tickets like the Tastes of Victoria which is $49. At that price you can get Show entry, a fine food deli showbag and 2 for 1 coffee voucher. This ticket can only be bought online.
There are other ticket packages too such as the Ticket to ride and the Super Show passes. If you are an RACV member you get 30% the normal prices of an adult ticket.
The best way to get to the show is by Public transport. There are trains that depart the city every ten minutes. The Route number 57 tram departs every few minutes from the city. Parking is limited and very expensive.
There is heaps to do at the Show. One of my favourite things was to see all the animals. Another one of them was to taste the many food samples available at the deli.
At the end I always loved buying the showbags. There is a lot on offer at this years show. But at the time that this is published, the Showbag guide has not been released. It is due to be released on the 10th of September on their site. As always though there are loads of chocolate bags on offer as well as the magazine bags.
