Brought to you by Meld Magazine and the City of Melbourne
Here we learned many things such as how to make your own sambal and other things. It started at 4pm and finished at 6pm. Here we got to try everything and some people had their free dinner. About 30 people joined the event.
It was free for all.
We were invited by Meld to try our hand at cooking. There I also met up with the City of Melbourne's Gary Lee.
Meld has a Facebook page as well as their site.
There was an Indomee cook off where we got to show our talents. There was a cookbook by Meld which was up for grabs. Sadly we didn't win that prize but to whoever did congratulations. The Indomee was judged on tastes, presentation etc. There were three judges all of which were Malaysian.
We had heaps of fun. Thanks Meld for putting this on and hope to see you on Thursday night.
