Students do you need some new clothes? Well here's where you can buy some new threads for cheap.
Some of it is online and others are in store. We suss out where most of the sales are.
1) Unidays-here they always have sales. They are a company that sells cheap but good quality clothes to uni students. But you need to be a uni student to sign up to these great deals. They always advertise their sales on Facebook.
2) The ICONIC. They are an online fashion store selling clothes. They mainly target uni students. They always post their specials on Facebook so it is worth checking that out.
3) Myer- at their stock take sales. They usually have theirs every six months- one in June and one on Boxing day. Here you can save up to 50% off the retail price. Whats even more if you sign up to their MYER ONE card you earn points. If you earn enough then you can swap your points for a voucher. They have stores all over Melbourne. There is one in Bourke st mall in the city.
4) Betts- They always have online sales which are advertised on their Facebook page. You can also join their mailing list for offers and freebies. They are a shoe company but their shoes are always cheap (around $30-$200 depending on what sort of shoe you are after)
5) ASOS- They are from the UK and they are a fashion store which houses 50000 brands. They are aimed at fashion forward 16-34 year olds. ASOS attracts over 13.6 million unique visitors a month and as at 30 September 2011 had 6.3 million registered users and 3.7 million active customers from 160 countries (defined as having shopped in the last 12 months). Almost all of their clothing is less than $50 AUD. They were founded in 2000 and already they are popular. You can check them out here
6) Don't forget the other stores such as Target and Big W as they have the basics for cheap. They are just a little over $10 but they can last a little while. They are stores all over Melbourne and in the city.
