The Postgrad expo is an Expo for all Postgraduate students and we were invited to attend by RMIT to write up about this. All our opinions are our own.
When: Wednesday 30th of Jan at 4:30pm-6:30pm
Where: RMIT Building 80 SAB
Cost: It was free for all to attend
Pros: for the free water, information and lollies. I got lots of information about short courses.
Cons: It was too short: I would have liked it better if they had it over one day during the weekend. It would be great fi there were some seminars though.
There were lots of people, but what would have been better would be a free bbq, drinks as Postgraduate association has a few free drinks events in the year.
There weren't that many student services there. I would have liked it even better if all the student services came. That would be a much better way to promote the uni.
Its great to see that RMIT has these things for students, but what would be even better would be more services and clubs being promoted at the event for Postgrad students.
I hope the next one is better and thank you RMIT for inviting us
