student diary and other freebies you can get at oday

You can get heaps of freebies just by coming to Oday such as vouchers, food, lollies etc.
When you enrol you will get your student diary and student card for free which you'll need to use when you have exams and at the movies to get discounts. Your student card is not a TRAVEL CONCESSION CARD!!! If you are a study abroad student you can have a concession card for $9. Just fill out a form, place your photo on it and get the Hub to sign it. If you are a full fare student you cannot.

Pay attention to whats in your student diary as it has everything you need such as information as to where facilities are, important dates and maps. It also has a few student discounts in there.

But during Orientation week the Student Union will sell membership (ISIC) cards which can be used to get cheaper things.  It is $30 for a half a year. Or you can buy one from STA travel shop for $25=  160.14 CNY but it won't come with a gift bag and other Student Union discounts such as free entry etc.

Melbourne Central has their own Student Club which is free for all students to join. Here they have a range of discounts from food to clothes and they change regularly.
