Salsa's is a chain Mexican food store and I visited the one in Melbourne Central on a Tuesday. I have walked by this place many times and haven't had a chance to try.
Although they don't do vegetarian tacos, they do have vegetarian burritos and nachos.
Here they have $2 tacos all day. This is only a Tuesday special. They do vegetarian and pescatarian food. To that I added some mexicrinkle chips ($3.50). I would have liked to have added a drink to my order and pay $8.95 for two tacos, chips and drink. But I had my own drink of water. Sauces are an extra $1 each. I did not need them as the chips had enough spices and the tacos had lots of salsa.
The tacos were good. I had two fish tacos. The fish was cooked perfectly and the salsa was really spicy. I enjoy spicy salsa.
I also enjoyed the chips which were very spicy.
Rating: 15/20- good student meal. Come on Tuesdays where they have the $2 taco special.
