Kong, St Ali and Jimmy Grants are going to be in the city for the next six months. And these are pop up stores near 45 collins st.
Kong is a newcomer to the restaurant scene with a store opening up in Richmond soon. But Jimmy Grants and St Ali have been around for a while
The pop up has been busy for a while now.
At Kong I had the tofu buns ($11). They were so addictive. I couldn't really taste much pepper in there, but I can definately tastes the corriander.

The packaging |
At Jimmy Grants I had their ever so addictive chips ($7) with garlic oil and feta. This was really hard to finish so it is best share it between two people.
Also their pita was lovely but small ($2.50)
From St Ali I had a coffee there ($4). The coffee was nice and smooth and creamy.

The seating is outside, so it is best to buy takeaway on a rainy day. But on a nice sunny day do sit outside with a bottle of wine and some friends and bask in each others company. The seating is limited so you might have to share a table with a random.
It's a great place to hang between classes. I would love to come again. But not too often as things are expensive as!
