Guava Bean is a coffee place which is renowned for bagels and coffee. In fact there is another Guava Bean in Bourke st. Guava Bean has been around for a while.
It was on Groupon that I discovered that Guava Bean had a place in Freshwater place in Southbank. The place is very close to Flinders st station. The deal comes with your choice of water or coffee. They do their own coffee beans
The guys at the counter were lovely. In fact the service was fast. It was quiet on the day that I came.

The place is really small and its housed in an office building. Guava Bean doesn't have bathrooms. In fact they share with McDonalds. The bathrooms at McDonalds are shocking.
The bagels are freshly baked. But the sweets looked a little bit disappointing though.
You can choose between sourdough, poppy seed, brown and mixed grain.
The bagel comes with salad which is just lettuce and carrots. The bagel was small and had a lot of vegetables in there. The salad was fresh but it only had a few leaves, which made it look really sad looking.
Verdict: Not too sure seeing as there are other bagel places around the city and much closer to RMIT. But if I was at Queensbridge square and the place was open then yes.
